BUILDING BRIDGES IN EDUCATION FOR PARENTS & THEIR CHILDREN

“We Make Learning Fun” is our mission. We have established The Learning Academy as a way to promote and influence creative growth and development for both parents and their children in fun and inspiring ways.

We know that children thrive when given parental support and interaction. Our craft activities are designed to provide one-on-one time for parent and child to work together on fun and creative art projects. Each activity is 30 to 45 minutes in length, depending on the type of activity, and the registration fee per child/adult is set at low and affordable rates.

Private Sewing Classes with Kay MacGowan For children who want to learn the basics of using a sewing machine, cutting out a pattern, and completing an entire home-sewn project, we offer 5 private one-hour lessons with Kay MacGowan for $75. Music-Maker Classes with Jessica May Join Jessica for a fun-filled 6-week session ($30) that includes singing, movement, and playing rhythm instruments.
